Steam Washing Machine Classification And Development Profile

Steam Washing machine Simple terms it is to produce high temperature and pressure can be used for the steam car wash equipment.

Steam cleaning for flexible cleaning, using steam heat degradation of the principle of the steam will be attached with a soft dirt surface integration in the car, softening, swelling, separation to achieve the goal of cleaning; steam cleaning will help paint protection gap cleaning, and less moisture does not damage the circuit, effectively cleaning the car engine, instrument panel, air conditioning and other parts of mouth; side of the steam red, while dry, a process can successfully complete car cleaning operation more simple and fast.

Car wash many ways, each with advantages and disadvantages; but steam cleaning is the most conducive to the protection of automotive paint, cleaning method, is the most widely used cleaning method is the most environmentally clean way.

Steam washing machine Developing Course: First steam washing machine for the boiler “burn Fisheries steam” technology: the electricity or other fuels under the effect of heating by high-pressure boilers under the influence of pressure, when the temperature reaches a certain level of water vapor out. Because of its presence various technical defects, has become difficult to scale, its most significant shortcomings are as follows:

1, requires a small pressure vessel (boiler) its built-in steam production, heating of the contact water, easily damaged, water charged, there is an explosion of security risks

Steam washing machine 2, boiler easy to scale, clean-up problems, resulting in thermal efficiency is not high, descaling once a month, medicine costs to nearly 100 yuan

3, burning steam fish take longer to warm, cold machine preheated to 10 minutes to waste energy, but also caused the owner to wait a long decline in satisfaction

4, continuing up steam, with the outflow of steam, heat production can not keep up the supply of steam, exhaust steam pressure decay, poor washing efficiency and effectiveness.

5, because the steam pressure of small and gas production caused by washing car takes a lot less work and more work to increase strength of the workers

Second generation of the steam washing machine for the “instantaneous vaporization” technology: the role of small water pump, the small amount of water flow through the heating pipe, absorbing heat in the vaporization process flow into the steam. It will not explode without pressure vessel will not scale, instantaneous vaporization, preheating time is short, but also saves energy.

The device core technology: water and electric. Electric pipe heating heater, heater heating coil, heating coil of small diameter pipe flow of water, and water separation, water is not charged, electric controls are not easy to damage, safer, live longer, more reliable quality. Second-generation non-boiler machine does not involve any boiler of steam and release steam, technology continues to produce the instantaneous vaporization of steam, there is no pressure loss problem. And with the use of time increases, more and more heat heater, pressure will gradually increase. So the second generation of the steam washing machine can be said that the most advanced, lightest, fastest steam production, the most energy, the most secure facilities.

Steam washing machine Category: 1, from the Principles of producing steam. Into the boiler that produced steam and hot-type two, that is common and the second generation of the steam engine steam generation.

Steam boiler producing steam washing machines use a common electric heating boilers, the heating boiler tube insertion closed, power to the boiler water temperature into the high pressure high temperature steam, and then released;

The hot steam washing machine specially designed to trace through the electromagnetic pump the water through the heater, absorbing heat in the flow of vaporized into the process of steam heating pipes do not touch the water (water separation), the pressure pump shall be The maximum water pressure, more secure, start faster, the pressure does not decay.

2, looking from the heating mode. Divided into two electrical heating systems and gas heating system.

A Short History of the Steam Engine

A Short History of the Steam Engine

$31.05

A Short History of the Steam Engine, first published in 1939, remains one of the most readable and clear explanations of the topic for the non-specialist. H. W. Dickinson limits himself to stationary engines and boilers, and only touches on the beginnings of locomotive and marine engines. He puts the stages of development in their context, showing how economic and social factors were involved in the evolution of the steam engine. The illustrations are plentiful and the text, while technical, never becomes impenetrable. The successive improvements to the simple engines of the seventeenth century, as new materials or purposes arose, are developed chapter by chapter to the twentieth century. Each engineer was building on the work of his predecessors, rather than there being any single inventor of genius. Dickinson also wrote biographies of key figures of the Industrial Revolution, which are being reissued in this series.

Boilers and Burners

Boilers and Burners

$267.34

A joint effort of three continents, this book is about rational utilization of the fossil fuels for generation of heat or power. It provides a synthesis of two scientific traditions: the high-performance, but often proprietary, Western designs, and the elaborate national standards based on less advanced Eastern designs; it presents both in the same Western format. It is intended for engineers and advanced undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in steam power plants, burners, or furnaces. The text uses a format of practice based on theory: each chapter begins with an explanation of a process, with basic theory developed from first principles; then empirical relationships are presented and, finally, design methods are explained by worked out examples. It will thus provide researchers with a resource for applications of theory to practice. Plant operators will find solutions to and explanations of many of their daily operational problems. Designers will find this book ready with required data, design methods and equations. Finally, consultants will find it very useful for design evaluation.

Corliss Steam Engine

Corliss Steam Engine

$70.1

High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles A Corliss steam engine (or Corliss engine) is a steam engine, fitted with rotary valves and with variable valve timing patented in 1849, invented by and named after the American engineer George Henry Corliss. Engines fitted with Corliss valve gear offered the best thermal efficiency of any type of stationary steam engine until the refinement of the uniflow steam engine and steam turbine in the 20th century. Corliss engines were generally about 30 percent more fuel efficient than conventional steam engines with fixed cutoff. This increased efficiency made steam power more economical than water power, allowing industrial development away from millponds. Corliss engines were typically used as stationary engines to provide mechanical power to line shafting in factories and mills and to drive dynamos to generate electricity. CHAIRMAN fF THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF SHEFFIELD AS A TRIBUTE TO HIS LONG AND VALUED SERVICES IN PROMOTING THE STUDY OF SCIENCE AS APPLIED TO INDUSTRY THIS BOOK IS INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR PREFACE THIS book is written as a sequel to the authors elementary book on Steam. It was prepared in the first instance as notes for the second-year engineering students in this college, and deals, in as simple a form as possible, with those branches of the subject which are of fundamental importance to a sound knowledge of steam-engine design and management. Modern students of steam engineering have a great advantage over their predecessors, in possessing such a wealth of recorded practical experience as appears in the Proceedings of the Engineering Institu tions, as well as in the Technical Journals, and the writer has to express his personal indebtedness to all these sources ofinformation in the preparation of this book. The assistance received is acknowledged, as far as possible, throughout. Special attention has been given to the subject of the heat quantities involved in the generation and use of steam. For this purpose the temperature-entropy diagram has been used, and its applications in the solution of a number of ordinary everyday problems exemplified. In this connection, as well as for many beautiful graphical methods of illustration now employed by engineers, students and teachers of the subject are greatly indebted to the work of Mr. J. Macfarlane Gray, Capt. H. Eiall Sankey, the late P. W. Willans, and many others. The writer desires to express his personal indebtedness to Capt. Sankey for his kindness in supplying him with copies of his temperature – entropy chart, which appears for the first time, as Plate I. of this book. This chart has gone through an interesting process of evolution since the occasion when Mr. J. Macfarlane Gray read his paper at the Paris meeting of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in July, 1889, viii PREFACE. c On the Rationalization of Regnaults Steam Experiments, describing and explaining the use of the steam and water lines of the temperature entropy chart. Since that time Capt. Sankey has add

An engine is a machine that produces mechanical force and motion from another form of energy (e.g. a fuel source, compressed air, or electricity). It is also referred to as a prime mover. An automobile makes use of several motors to start the car and drive the cars various pumps but the power plant that propels the car is called an engine. The term motor was originally used to distinguish the new internal combustion enginepowered vehicles from earlier vehicles powered by a steam engine, such as the steam roller and motor roller; but can be used to refer to any engine that creates motion. Historic military siege engines included large catapults, trebuchets, and battering rams.
